The property

The house, known as Lambare, was built by Juan Buelink, a Belgian immigrant who started the urbanization of the Cruz Chica Valley in 1916. Buielink was a pioneer in the region as he constructed as well the sewerage system, windmills and the electric power plant for the area.

The property used to have a huge libary and some of the forniture was brougth form Europe. Doors, windows and sundial were brought from Paraguay, all those elements are well preserved till today. The park was designed by an italian familiy´s friend.
